Improve parent and child category description example

The descriptive text under the Parent Category section of the Category page describes an example that may not be as easily understood or translatable compared to more universally translated words.

Before: parent category "jazz" + child categories "bebop" and "big band".

This ticket proposes changing the description to the "after" example.

In this case, the text change is an improvement to the description because it clarifies the given example to one that is more universally understandable and translatable.

@joanrho i don't think text change is an improvement of any description but let's wait for core dev thought on this. why you need UI focuses as it not needed for this ticker so again i remove that.

@pento and I discussed this, and we think that changing the descriptions does help clarify the relationship between parent and child categories. We don't want to remove the reference to jazz, but folks unfamiliar with particular styles of jazz face an additional cognitive barrier when trying to figure a concept new users already find confusing.
