"Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether or not related. Sweepstakes Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and Sweepstakes Entries by any means which subvert the entry process, are void. By submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, you agree to these Official Rules and are willing provide your information to the Sponsor and the Administrator. Sweepstakes Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, regardless of entry method, using only one (1) email address. Sweepstakes Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation, or which are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost or misdirected, will be void. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Sweepstakes Entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified.

Any and all information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.fandango.com/policies/terms-and-policies. By entering in the Sweepstakes, Participants hereby agree that the Sponsor may collect and use their personal information submitted with their Sweepstakes Entry. Among other things, the information Participants provide may be used to send company updates and announcements from the Sponsor concerning the company and its products. At the time of entry, Participants may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the Sponsor. Participants are not required to opt-in and opting in will not improve your odds of winning.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner is subject to verification of eligibility requirements, including verification of age. The potential winner is referred to herein as the “Winner”.

The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about July 1. Winner will be contacted via email on or about July 1.

The potential Winner will be required to acknowledge receipt of Winner notification within 24 hours and execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a taxable income form, a liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release within two (2) days of date of issuance of such notification email. Winner and Guest will also be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the Prize. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor or its agent is unable to contact a potential Winner, a potential Winner declines the Prize for any reason prior to award, or a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Prize in the event the Sponsor is unable to identify and confirm a Winner after attempting to contact an alternate potential Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any Prize.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE (1): There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available to be awarded to one (1) Winner. Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the Deadpool & Wolverine Premiere in July 2024. The Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for Winner and Guest to and from a U.S. major gateway airport near the Winner’s home and an airport near the premiere location; hotel (“Hotel”) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); tickets for Winner and Guest to the Deadpool & Wolverine premiere; and select ground transportation transfers. In lieu of airfare, Sponsor may provide alternative fuel allowance up to a maximum of $250.00 and parking to a maximum of $200.00. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $4,999. ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules only.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The travel dates for the Prize are within July 2024. The travel period for the Prize cannot be amended or extended. Winner will forfeit the Prize if they fail to travel in July 2024. Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Once the Prize is booked no changes can be made. Flights will be on dates mutually approved by Winner and Administrator. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary, originating from the same airport. Flights and airlines are subject to change and availability. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Hotel will require a credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit to cover any incidentals. Travel insurance is included, but preexisting conditions are not covered. Maximum age for coverage is 75 years old. Winner is advised to seek independent insurance. Winner and Guest must have and are responsible for valid government issued photo ID for travel. Prize is for Winner and Guest and no additional family members or guests are permitted in the Prize. Once selected, Guest may not be changed.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize, or the entire Prize, for a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Prize or any element thereof. Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Prize will be Winner’s responsibility to pay.

If a Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with no Guest, only the applicable portion of the Prize will be awarded to Winner and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of Prize arrangements. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (e.g., at least nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) as of the date of departure or Winner must be parent or guardian of Guest. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to Prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. The ARV of the Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by the Sponsor, cannot be challenged, or appealed. The Winner will receive from the Administrator an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize or actual fair market value will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, unspecified meals, unspecified ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, car rental, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Once issued, travel tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets.

Winner and Guest irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties (as defined below), and agree that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any Losses (as defined below) arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the Prize, including, but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, sickness arising as a result of Participant’s participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities (e.g., travel), wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Winner and Guest must abide by all applicable federal, state, local and venue COVID-19 guidelines while traveling and in attendance at the Prize’s events. Winner and Guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including any protocols that will be implemented from time to time by the Released Parties (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Winner and Guest travel at their own risk.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes qualification is determined when a qualifying purchase is made on the Website or App, or when a request for an AMOE Entry has been submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably satisfactory to the Sponsor and/or the Administrator may be required to verify eligibility. The Sponsor and the Administrator have the right to determine Sweepstakes eligibility in their discretion; all decisions concerning Sweepstakes eligibility are final. Any effort to circumvent the Sweepstake’s limits, requirements, or other terms (including, but not limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids submissions and disqualifies person from participating in the Sweepstakes.

By participating, Participants accept and agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules, any applicable rules, terms of entry, or terms and conditions related to any Prize elements (including, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements as may be required), and all applicable laws and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters; (ii) waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules; and (iii) waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties for any Losses arising out of, or related to, this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified, or emails or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, technical, electronic, mechanical, network, seeding, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Prize redemptions, emails, Sweepstakes Entries, the announcement of the Winner, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Participant’s or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in these Official Rules. Each Prize is offered and provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by the Sponsor, either express or implied. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the Prizes (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer(s) for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Participants further agree that, in the event the Released Parties are found liable for any Losses in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.

BINDING ARBITRATION: Except where required by law, Participants and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes shall be exclusively settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Los Angeles County, California. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules not subject to arbitration shall be brought only in the courts of the State of California, in the County of Los Angeles. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction.
