This is a list of vice presidential or similar positions, and their current holders.
A vice president is a standalone office existing for deputizing or replacing a president. In other countries where the vice presidency is absent or vacant, one or more different officeholders may be designated as ex officio acting head of state, for example the speaker of a legislature or a head of government.
