I understand your thoughts, adding a WPBS seems like a redundant exercise. However, including the discussion pages under WPBS might make it easier to unify the handling of these pages, after all, discussion pages without WPBS will not run into the WPBS code. In any case, this is a topic that deserves to be discussed to get a consensus, and it might be worthwhile to discuss this in the WPBS discussion page or in the Village pump. Could the bot also add the banner to the talk pages of sub-pages of User talk:AlexNewArtBot (pages like User talk:AlexNewArtBot/MCUSearchResult), User talk:WP 1.0 bot (pages like User talk:WP 1.0 bot/Tables/Project/Marvel Cinematic Universe), User talk:UBX (pages like User talk:UBX/Anti-American), User talk:InceptionBot (pages like User talk:InceptionBot/NewPageSearch/Syracuse/log)?
