Most stars shrug off on-screen passion as the Hollywood equivalent of collating and filing in cubicle hell — tedious, brain-numbing work. Not Jenna Elfman. "It's more like a REALLY good day at the office," says the star of "Dharma and Greg" and "EdTV" (opening March 26).

Getting up-close and personal with her "Ed TV" costar Matthew McConaughey hardly qualified as work for the 27-year-old actress, who has been married for four years to "Armageddon" actor Bodhi Elfman. "The kisses were beautiful," Elfman gushes. "It was awesome, a total pleasure. Like I'm going to say, 'No, it was terrible?' No way! How can you not think Matthew McConaughey's sexy?"

Elfman, who also admits to reveling in her smooch time with "Dharma" costar Thomas Gibson and to having once surprised George Clooney with an impromptu kiss during an audition, isn't shy about sharing her good fortune with her soul mate. "I would run home to my husband (during "EdTV") and say, 'Honey, I made out with Matthew all day today!' And he'd go, 'Good, honey, I'm very happy for you.' It's part of why our relationship works, that we communicate."

Elfman, who next stars opposite famed ladies' man Warren Beatty in "Town and Country," says she has no plans to restrain her on-set impulses. "I'm still the girl from Northridge who thinks these boys are great," she says. "I'm sure their girlfriends are pissed about my openness, but that's okay."
