Country music hands out a lot of shiny statuettes. In addition to the country division at the Grammys, there's also the CMT Awards, the Academy of Country Music Awards, and the CMAs, the last of which ranks as Nashville's highest honor.

Unlike a certain awards show that only differs by one letter, the performers on this year's CMA show (which takes place on November 9) are top-notch, especially considering the addition of Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, and Brad Paisley, who were all announced this morning.

They join Jason Aldean and Keith Urban on the performance docket, meaning that all five nominees for Entertainer of the Year (the show's biggest prize) will be belting out their hits that night.

Swift, Aldean, Paisley, and Shelton lead the nominations with five apiece, with Urban grabbing two nods. Swift, Urban, and Paisley have all won Entertainer of the Year in the past.

The ceremony takes place on November 9 in Nashville, and will be hosted by the remarkably charming tag-team of Paisley and Carrie Underwood for the fourth straight year.

Who is your pick for Entertainer of the Year? And whose performance are you most eager to see? Let us know in the comments!
