There’s just one more day before Marvel Studio’s new One-Shot short film All Hail the King breaks loose, unleashing Ben Kingsley’s character from Iron Man 3 back on the world.

As part of the debut on the Thor: The Dark World Blu-ray, the comic book studio is has created this new poster for the 14-minute film, and is organizing a special fan event tonight.

The “rings-around-the-Kingsley” poster, meant to evoke ’70s-era prison sagas, is not made by Mondo, but it’s definitely Mondo-licious. After taking so much inspiration from the movies, it’s interesting that the movies are now taking inspiration from their minimalist, abstract one-sheets.

Marvel is also hosting a screening at the Hollywood Arclight tonight for fans. (Seats are still available, so the standby line for the 7 p.m. showing is a good bet.) Kingsley will be there for a Q&A, along with Drew Pearce, co-writer of Iron Man 3 and writer/director of All Hail the King.

This being Marvel, don’t expect any big surprises, teases, or twists at the event. That’s not their thing. No, sir.

I’ll be doing the Q&A, so if you can’t be there in person, hit me on Twitter with any questions you might like to have asked.
