Al Pacino hints he's had some talks with Marvel president Kevin Feige

Could Al Pacino be ready to take a trip into the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Well, he has been talking about it. On Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast the professed Guardians of the Galaxy fan confirmed that he met with Marvel Studios’ president Kevin Feige. “I met with a Marvel guy,” Pacino told Horowitz. “It’s a marvel how things happen.” How marvelous! Pacino and Horowitz had talked about the actor’s love of Guardians previously at the Toronto International Film Festival, at which point he called it “Shakespearean.” Back then, Pacino had said, “I’m ready to go to Marvel.”

Well, it seems that has may be on the way to coming to pass. Horowitz asked Pacino about whether the “Marvel guy” he was referring to was Feige, and Pacino responded affirmatively. “I would imagine either there’s something he feels is right for me, and if I feel—” Pacino said, before a phone rang, interrupting him.
