It only took three (well, four) words for Vin Diesel to steal the show as Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy, but it’s looking more and more like he’ll have another chance to leave his mark in a Marvel film.

Diesel posted a picture of himself on his Facebook wearing a tank top with the logo for Marvel’s Inhumans with the words “Are you Inhuman?” emblazoned behind him.

While this not-so-subtle hint implies Diesel may have a role in Marvel’s 2018 Inhumans film, this isn’t the first time the actor has hinted his relationship with Marvel extends beyond twigs and leaves. Back in August, before Marvel officially unveiled Inhumans as part of its upcoming slate, Diesel posted a picture of Groot to his Facebook page with the caption, “I get the strange feeling that Marvel thinks I’m Inhuman…”

Marvel hasn’t officially announced any casting for Inhumans yet, so, for the moment, nothing is definite about whether there will be two Diesels in the Marvel cinematic universe. Diesel did play the same teasing game with his role as Groot, though, posting a picture of the character from the comics on his Facebook months before he was officially announced as the voice.

With nine other Marvel films to come before Inhumans releases, actual confirmation of Diesel’s involvement or what his role may actually be is likely years away. A representative for Marvel did not immediately respond to request for comment about Diesel’s post. So until then, let rampant speculation begin about how the color of his shirt symbolizes that he’s playing Inhuman leader Black Bolt in the film.
