'Broadchurch' exclusive clip: Claire gets a call

In the season premiere of Broadchurch last week, we learned about a secret Alec Hardy has been harboring in town. That secret? Claire, whose husband, Lee Ashworth, was the suspect in the Sandbrook case—the one from Hardy’s past that plagued him throughout the first season.

Now, in an exclusive clip from the episode airing tonight, Claire gets a voicemail from Lee, who has been skulking around Broadchurch. “I’m close now,” he says. “See you soon.” Claire rushes to call Hardy. How close is Lee? Well, when Hardy’s on the phone with Claire, Ashworth appears in the distance.
