Festivus came early this year: Hulu just landed exclusive streaming rights to 180 episodes of Seinfeld.

That’s right, binge-watchers—you’ll be able to enjoy all of the iconic NBC sitcom on the streaming service very soon. Variety first reported the deal with Sony Pictures Television, which is allegedly valued at nearly $1 million an episode. The $180 million profits will be split between Sony TV, Time Warner’s Castle Rock (the original producer), and the show’s profit participants, including Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David.

“There’s no question that Seinfeld has played a major role in TV history, which is why we cannot wait to make all episodes of the series available to stream for the first time ever on Hulu. Whether you are an existing fan who just wants to relive your favorite moments over and over again, or are a new viewer who wants experience Seinfeld from the very beginning, Hulu will now be your destination to stream what has been dubbed as one of the greatest shows of all time,” Craig Erwich, Hulu’s Head of Content, said in a statement.

The deal has supposedly been in the works for months, with the Wall Street Journal reporting back in mid-March that it’d be wrapped up within a few weeks. This marks another big close for the company this year, as Hulu also acquired the rights to stream 300 episodes of the beloved procedural drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
