Up until now, the publicity campaign for Marvel’s Ant-Man has almost entirely focused on Paul Rudd’s ex-con-turned-superhero Scott Lang, Michael Douglas’ Hank Pym, Evangeline Lilly’s Hope Van Dyne and Corey Stoll’s villainous Darren Cross. “Bobby Cannavale plays Paxton who is engaged to be married to Scott Lang’s ex-wife (Judy Greer) and he also happens to be a cop,” explains Ant-Man director Peyton Reed. As for Peña, he plays one of three Ant-Man-assisters, along with David Dastmalchian (Prisoners) and rapper T.I. “My character is one of three characters that helps Paul Rudd’s character complete his mission,” says the music star. “Me, Paul Rudd, Michael Peña, and David Dastmalchian, we are the four man team that makes up the Ant-Man crusaders, if you will.
