With David Letterman’s impending Late Show departure, most celebrities are caught up in nostalgia for the classic late-night talk show scene, but that won’t stop Amy Schumer from calling out the genre’s inherent flaws.

On Tuesday’s Inside Amy Schumer, the comedian parodied the late-night interview formula, skewering the expectations placed on female guests to appeal to a male audience. As Amy Lake Blively (“making her starring debut in Baz Luhrmann’s musical remake of Blade Runner“), Schumer played into every cliché in the books, from taking host Bill Hader’s jacket to admitting that she owns sweatpants. How relatable!

And of course, Schumer’s character made the “embarrassing” confession that her favorite movie is Star Wars. The nerds in the audience were won over—with messy results.
