Spectre: James Bond Easter eggs compiled in YouTube video

Spoiler warning for anyone who hasn’t seen Spectre yet.

Marvel isn’t the only one who loves Easter eggs. The latest James Bond movie, including its marketing materials, is filled with nods to previous films and novels. From the classic gun barrel opening to Daniel Craig’s various outfits and, of course, the big reveal at the end, one YouTuber compiled them into a nifty video.

The channel Mr Sunday Movies previously created Easter egg breakdowns of Fantastic Four, Ant-Man, Jurassic World, and even the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailers. The latest iteration for Spectre provides similar insights.

For instance, Craig’s white dinner jacket from the train sequence is very similar to Sean Connery’s 007, while his black turtleneck look is reminiscent of Live and Let Die. The biggest throwback of them all is the true identity of Christoph Waltz’s Oberhauser.
