Shark Tank clip: $42.95 for pancakes

Pancakes are already one of the best scams going: You get to eat dessert for breakfast.

But two trainers/photographers turned entrepreneurs are now ready to enter the Shark Tank and claim that they also can help give you abs. ABS Protein Pancakes (the ABS stands for Authentic Beauty and Strength) has been on the market for 11 months and totaled more than $100,000 in sales. Our sharks are mostly impressed, until they learn that it costs between $12 and $14 to make one package of this high-protein, low-carb, gluten-free concoction — and that package sells for the princely sum of… $42.95.
