Leslie Odom Jr. mashes up 'Les Miserables,' 'Hamilton'

Due to the immense amount of snow that winter storm Jonas dumped on New York City, all Broadway performances were canceled on Saturday — including Hamilton. Unlucky theatergoers who had tickets to yesterday’s performances will receive refunds, but they can console themselves with this gorgeous mash-up from Hamilton star Leslie Odom Jr.

Odom plays the show’s main villain, Aaron Burr, and for creator Lin-Manuel Miranda’s latest Ham4Ham video, he performed a medley of “Wait For It,” one of his signature songs from Hamilton, and “Stars” from Les Miserables.

Odom later tweeted that he didn’t actually know the lyrics to “Stars” until Miranda asked him to learn them.
