Fresh Off the Boat star Ian Chen stops by Dr Ken in crossover

It’s a Dr. Ken/Fresh Off the Boat crossover … sort of. On Friday’s episode, Fresh Off the Boat cutie Ian Chen guest-stars on Dr. Ken as Dave Ken’s neighbor.

In the clip above, Dave is stuck with a babysitter, but he wants to go out. Solution: have his neighbor Henry (Ian Chen) replace him.

The two precocious actors have been taking turns swapping shows. While this is Chen’s first appearance on Dr. Ken, Tsai has visited the Fresh Off the Boat set multiple times, playing Phillip Goldstein, Eddie Huang’s new schoolmate.

Dr. Ken airs Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
