Big Hero 6 voice actor Ryan Potter wants to play DC superhero Tim Drake (a.k.a. Robin), so he filmed a choreographed fight sequence for Ben Affleck, who will direct himself as The Dark Knight in DC’s Batman movie.

Potter teased on Thursday that he was “shooting a little something” before posting the finished video to social media on Saturday. He co-directed the sequence with Noah Fleder, who also served as a producer and stunt coordinator, within three-and-a-half hours at a JAM Gym.

“Hey, Ben. Like Tim said, Batman needs a Robin,” Potter says in the video. While tweeting about the debut, he added, “Representation and Diversity. Now. Not later,” referring to a growing desire from fans for more diversity in the superhero genre.

Last Sunday, the actor tweeted, “Tim Drake has a nice ring to it,” which fueled his online campaign to land the role. “Gonna fight for this one,” he followed up on Tuesday. “The support has been overwhelming. Thank you guys.”

Not much is known about Affleck’s Batman movie, other than he will return as the Caped Crusader and direct the effort. “I have a script, we’re still working on it, and I’m not happy enough with it yet to actually go out there and make a Batman movie, for which I have the highest of standards, I would say,” he told journalists on the set of Justice League.

As for Robin, the sidekick’s suit was seen hanging in the Batcave in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as a reminder of “a fallen ally, a fallen friend,” DC’s Geoff Johns told EW. However, there has been more than one Robin. In the comics, Tim Drake, to which Potter refers in the video, became the third incarnation of the Boy Wonder. He saw how unhinged Batman became after Jason Todd was killed by the Joker, and was convinced he needed a Robin.
