Corey Feldman is racking up even more superstar support following his Friday performance on TODAY, which quickly went viral and garnered the former child star a barrage of online criticism.

On Monday, singer-songwriter Kesha spoke out against Feldman’s detractors in an Instagram post, which features a screenshot of an article outlining the 45-year-old’s “painful” reaction to what he referred to as “public shaming” after he sang the track “Go 4 It” with his band Corey’s Angels on the morning talk show.

“This just broke my heart. I wanna reach out to Corey Feldmen [sic] in a kind way and say that you have to not read that s—,” the 29-year-old captioned the photo. “People can be so horrible and mean online and it can BREAK you. do you, f— everyone. those people have never performed on the today show. it’s easy to sit at a computer and talk s—. it’s not easy to perform in front of millions. keep your head up. normal is BORING.”

On Monday, Pink also took to social media to defend Feldman.

“I know how much it takes to get up there and do your thing,” she tweeted. “Keep your head up and know that you’re loved.”

In a since-deleted Facebook Live session originally posted on Monday, Feldman said his band doesn’t deserve the negative attention, and that it’s taking a toll on him as both an artist and a person.

“We can’t get out of bed right now,” he said. “We’re petrified to even go out … And I’m sorry, but we just wanted the world to know, like, we’re really freaked out over this and it’s really not fair.”
