Baskets season 2 teaser clips show Chip off the rails

Chip (Zach Galifianakis) has a new joke in the works. “Why did the cookie cry?” he asks. “‘Cause his mother was a wafer for so long.”

Unfortunately, as seen in the first teaser above for season 2 of Baskets, the only sound heard afterward is the train. And things aren’t much better for the clown in the second teaser: With Martha (Martha Kelly), Chip finds it hard to have a heart-to-heart, thanks to a horn nearby that blares over his profanity.

But at home, at least one of the Baskets is happy. Christine (Emmy winner Louie Anderson) has discovered a new hobby. “You know, I wonder if I have any musical talent,” she says, tinkling with wind chimes and a tiny set of drums.
