While Chris Pratt is busy working with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, including Jennifer Lawrence, Denzel Washington, and the dinosaurs from Jurassic World, the actor has made sure to stay in touch with his TV family.

The Passengers star recently stopped by SiriusXM to participate in The Jess Cagle Interview, where he fondly recalled his days on Parks and Recreation and noted that despite the show having wrapped almost two years ago, the cast is still close. “I love everyone I worked with on that show,” shared Pratt. “We still talk, like, almost every day.”

For seven seasons, Pratt starred as Andy Dwyer, the loveable goofball, who went from Ann’s (Rashida Jones) annoying, lazy boyfriend to everyone’s favorite fake undercover FBI agent.

During the run of the NBC comedy, Pratt made the leap from being one funny part of a TV ensemble to one of the biggest movie stars, while fellow cast members including Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari, and Aubrey Plaza all also saw their profiles rise. Despite the growing status of the group, Pratt is glad to report the set remained an enjoyable environment.

“It was a really happy set. It’s so rare, I think,” he said. “You hear horror stories of, you know, separate base camps and, like, these feuds going on that never bleed into the storytelling but made the process of making the show a nightmare. And it was the exact opposite for [us]… It couldn’t have been more different for us.”

For the rest of Pratt’s interview, where he discusses working with Lawrence and teases the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel, tune in all weekend to EW Radio, SiriusXM (ch. 105).
