Hear Lady Gaga's soulful vocals on new Lukas Nelson song 'Find Yourself'

“The Cure” might be her latest bonafide pop jam, but Lady Gaga hasn’t put the soulful sounds of her fifth full-length album, Joanne, to bed just yet.

The Oscar-nominated singer-songwriter has collaborated with Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real on their new, self-titled LP, and the results of their pairing are now available for purchase online.

Gaga features on the track “Find Yourself,” a smoldering blues duet that burns with smoky guitars, raspy vocals, funky keys, and smooth percussion.

“I said I hope you find yourself before I find somebody else to be my lover,” Gaga croons during the tune’s chorus. The pair continues, repeatedly belting, “I know the love that I deserve” as the song continues.

The son of music icon Willie Nelson, Lukas previously worked with Gaga to craft “The Cure,” which she launched after her headlining Coachella set in April. He also posted a Facebook tribute to Gaga following her performance with Metallica at the Grammys in February, writing that the pop superstar can “destroy in any genre.”

“All of the amazing experiences we’ve had have led up to this point,” Nelson told Rolling Stone of the new album. “We’ve all grown so much – the band as a unit and me as a songwriter. It’s all come together in a really beautiful way, we’re thrilled to finally share this new music with the world.”

Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real is available now for preorder before its Aug. 25 bow via Fantasy Records. Stream the Gaga-featuring “Find Yourself” below.
