When season 2 of Still the King premieres, Vernon (Billy Ray Cyrus) will be fresh out of jail and determined to reclaim his position as a country music superstar, all the while trying to remain present in his daughters’ lives. But then there’s also the little fact that he could be the father of Debbie’s unborn child, so in other words: He’s going to have a lot on his plate.
