I ordered this throw pillow (16" x 16"), yet when I took its insert out, flattened and smoothed out the pillow case, and measured the two sides, they were in the range of 15"-15.5". I am disappointed by the misleading description of the product. The image is otherwise nice. I meant to give it as a birthday present, and now need to find something else for my friend who loves dogs. I am hoping to reach someone by email to initiate a free return and haven’t got a reply. I would have given the product a higher rating, based on the rendering of the image on the fabric, if the size had matched the description. Follow-up: Beware of the clever wording of the website. Just before I pressed the "Submit Order" button, there was a reassuring message on the page-- “Have a question about your order? 877-807-5901 (Call Any Time - 24 Hours Per Day)” Note that it suggests you call anytime but does not guarantee that someone will answer your call anytime. I just tried the number twice, and it immediately hit a voice mail box. I didn’t plan to make the phone call. I had contacted the company via an online form, and received an email with the heading “(Ticket #...) - Support Ticket Created.” Again there are some reassuring words in the message— “Someone from our team will reply to your message as soon as possible. We're typically able to answer all questions within just a few hours.” Sadly that was over 36 hours ago, and I haven’t received any communications from the company.

I didn’t receive the correct order. I received two of the blah pillows instead. I want to return the pillows because the white is too white for the other pillows in my couch. I’ve been asked to destroy these instead of returning them. I’m not happy about this and let them know destroying something goes against me but they don’t care. So…returns aren’t possible otherwise. I probably won’t be supporting this website and that disappoints me but destroying beautiful things is awful in my opinion.
