The location was corrected to the 8500 block of Wonderland Avenue next to the Wonderland Avenue Elementary School. Neighbors reported off camera that tree branches had made contact with power lines causing the power outage. LADWP power side crews could be seen at the location working to restore power at 11:00 PM. There is no estimated time for power to be restored as of the time of this writing. Power was fully restored around noon Friday. A sub station was in need of repair due to the blown transformer, according to sources.
