fixes snarfed/bridgy#706 uses kylewm/mf2util#15 TODO: update requirements.txt to point to either a new mf2util release, if we do one, or the github repo at that commit.

assuming you're ok with this, i don't feel strongly about whether we cut a new release for it or not. i'm fine with pointing granary/bridgy's reqt's to the github repo. either way.
