Carshield has provided coverage I need…

Carshield has provided coverage I need on my vehicle and only having to pay the deductible has been great when the bill sometimes can be pretty large. Great Customer Service and Responsiveness to making sure I keep my vehicle running in its best shape. Thanks!

I am not confident that CarShield will…

I am not confident that CarShield will actually fix my car of major repairs. The exception are lengthy. I thinking of maybe checking out Endurance which has gotten better reviews. I've paid enough to CarShield already I should get something fixed. Seems most stuff isn't covered which it should cover. Know you are in it for the money so it understandable you really don't want to pay. We'll see.

The lady I spoke to was very…

The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable letting me know that what I was concerned about was my ball joints and they were covered, she gave me the information of what to do and everything so far has worked out great. Now just waiting on a response from my auto repair, to when I can get my car fixed.

My issue.with car was taken of I had…

My issue.with car was taken of I had the $200 deductible ..and my catalytic converter not covered wasn't too happy about that ..seems that's essential being it's in federal regulations codes for emissions and such but my other issues were covered happy about that everyone was courteous and professional thank you 😊

My transmission

Started having transmission problems so I contacted Car Shield Custer Service and they explained the whole process to me. They gave me several choices and locations I could take my vehicle to and also advised that I could take my vehicle to any repair shop of my choice as long as they were willing to work with Car Shield. Very simple process and people are easy to deal with!

Great customer service

Very nice lady called to tell me that my credit card was invalid and my payment was overdue. My card was compromised recently and I was issued a new number. I gave her the correct number and she was very helpful.

I called Car Shield for an "acceptable"…

I called Car Shield for an "acceptable" repair facility to diagnose and repair/replace the fuel pump on my 1999 F-150 Ford Truck. Mike at Midas in Castle Rock, 2 miles from my home, diagnosed a faulty fuel pump, worked with Car Shield to prepare the required paperwork and approval before any work was performed. In two days my truck was back in service. Thank you Midas and Car Shield, I am very pleased with both services! GM

Very Satisfied Customer VA

The service was prompt and fast especially when I found out the dealership didn’t use Carshield. Customer service found me a shop quickly and were able to get me in the same day. My vehicle was repaired quickly. I am very happy with the service I received. I am going to recommend this to all of my family and friends.

G0enerally good But as I said from the…

Generally good But as I said from the beginning, they move very slowly They repaired my vehicle, but I waited 10 days for inspection total repair period has passed 2 months My vehicle is a commercial vehicle and only insurance is only 1700 dollars per month. Now my car for diffrancial is now 1 week at the service, let's see how many weeks it will take But despite everything, thanks anyway

CarShield is a total scam

CarShield is a total scam. The point of having a policy with them is to have your car fixed at a garage or dealership when it breaks down, right? OK, call several garages and dealerships in your area and tell them you have CarShield and need to get a water pump replaced and see how many of them tell you they would never deal with CarShield. Also, CarShield was recently fined millions for fraud.

I called customer service and let them…

I called customer service and let them know what was going on with my car. They said don’t let them work on the car. Let me call them and we’ll get an estimate and see what’s going on and then they called me to tell me the overpricing and what car she would pay. I had an awesome experience. CarShield. It was bound to happen, I guess. CarShield, the company that has flooded the airwaves with its ads for vehicle service contracts, has been ordered to pay 10 million dollars in a settlement involving deceptive advertising and related matters. The first link is an article by the Associated Press. If you don’t mind supplying your email address, the second link from the Washington Post discusses how actual repair shops deal with CarShield. (Spoiler alert: it ain’t pretty).
