Allow (pre-)compilation of Groovlets and Groovy Templates

Would like the ability to be able to compile groovlets and groovy template pages, bundle them in a jar, and then use the compiled classes instead of the source files on the server.

This would massively improve initial latency on all first requests to these resources.
