Argument "total" of messageList should be implemented

messageList is the name of the response to a getMessageList request.
"total" is one of a messageList arguments. It gives the total number of messages in the message list.
As currently not implemented, argument "total" of each messageList response is always equal to 0.
It has now to be implemented in GetMessageListRequest.java
