Establish whether "Apache Taverna" is a suitable name

We have not registered any trademarks for Taverna. http://sourceforge.net/projects/taverna/files/taverna/ shows our usage of the term back to 2003. Search on http://tess2.uspto.gov/ for "Taverna" gives 38 records. I checked each of them, all of them relate to restaurants, food or drink. http://www.trademarkia.com/trademarks-search.aspx?tn=taverna gives a 8 pages. I checked all pages, all of which specified restaurants, food or drink under "Goods & Services". Searching https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/welcome for "taverna" gives 390 hits. Narrowing the search with "software", "workflow", "web", "service" yields no hits.
