StreamsProcessorTask ignores any processing

As a developer, I should have a guarantee that any processing that occurs on a datum is passed to the outgoing queue. As it currently stands, we disregard the processed datum and simply pass through the document that the processor task was originally handed.

Acceptance criteria:

• We place the processed document in the processor task's outgoing queue
