but i need help on it what software should i use to make this 4 panel comic into one picture?

most simple is ms paint

Gimp, Paint.net, and MS Paint are all free. If you have some money to burn, then Clip Studio Paint or Photoshop work as well.

If you don't want to download anything, you can also use this online image editor.

It's nothing fancy, but for easy edits it gets the job done.

But if you still don't want to download anything and want to be extra fancy, you can also use Pixlr Editor

Think of it as "Photoshop Lite", not as good but good enough to do most things (including easy edits).

(Just remember that you need Adobe Flash Player to it actually work, which most computers already have.)
