Looking Ahead is for professional young performers, ages 9-18. Eligible performers include actors, singers, dancers, musicians and more!
All counseling and educational services are free as well as the majority of our activities are free.
There are four ways to become an eligible member for the Looking Ahead program and you must meet the requirements for at least one of the following:
SAG-AFTRA
- My child is a member of SAG-AFTRA and
- Has representation of an agent and/or a manager
- Image of SAG-AFTRA card required
Join as the Parent of a Young Performer
Join as an Emancipated Minor
Actors Equity Association (AEA)
- My child is a member of Actors Equity Association (AEA)
- Image of AEA card required

Theatrical Contract
- My child has a current professional Theatrical Contract, or had a contract within the last 1 year
- Must show proof of contract

Non-Union or Other Union
- My child is Non-union or is part of another union, and
- My child has made $3,000 per year in professional income over the last 2 consecutive years and:
- Has representation of an agent and/or a manager and
- Provide Documentation with proof of income required (can be shown through contracts, W-2’s, tax forms, etc.)

A NOTE ABOUT THE LOOKING AHEAD WEBSITE: Our website is a family-based website, so parents must sign up for their young performers. Parents will hold the master account over their young performers' account, while the parents and their children will each have a user name and password. The parents control the access levels and determine how their young performers will navigate the Looking Ahead site.
