Exclusive excerpt from this week’s PEOPLE Magazine:

Just moments before Jessica Biel was set to walk down the aisle on the arm of her father, Jon, “I had a little bit of butterflies,” the bride admits. “I was about to stand up in front of my friends and family and bare my soul for the person I love. It was terribly emotional.”

But once she laid eyes on her groom, Justin Timberlake, waiting for her under the stars in the piazza of the Borgo Egnazia resort in southern Italy, “I felt calm,” says Biel. “I thought, ‘I got this. We got this.’ ” Her composure, however, didn’t last long. While Biel made her grand entrance in a custom petal pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown, Timberlake (who, along with his groomsmen, sported Tom Ford tuxedos) performed an original song he wrote specifically for his future wife.

“That definitely started the tears,” says Biel. “Not just for me either. For pretty much everyone who was there!” Adds Timberlake: “I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sing her down the aisle. Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it’s because I didn’t sound bad.”

That was just the start of an evening filled with romantic touches, laugh-out-loud moments and lots of molto delizioso food – all reflections of the couple’s efforts to make their Oct. 19 nuptials in the Italian village of Savelletri di Fasano “very personal,” says Timberlake //Placement 2 (below article): //Size 600×95 //Cmpos=covercontext //Cmtyp=tout var ad = adFactory.getCmAd(600, 95, “covercontext”, “tout”); ad.setParam(“dcopt”, “ist”); ad.write();
