App doesn't work. I log in, tells me I need to update my phone number. It sends a link to my email, I update my phone number, then it texts a code to my phone. I input the code and an error pops up stating they are experiencing "technical difficulties". This has been going on for months. Don't waste your time, McDonald's app has better deals and actually works.

The app used to be great. But if you're unfortunate enough to have to log back into the app, you get stuck in a forever cycle of trying to click "log in", it trying to open in your default browser, then going back to the app with no change from the page you were on. No actual logging in. I've been trying to log back in and order food and it simply won't let me! Even tried logging in on my browser directly to get the app to recognize it. Nope. Changed default browser too and no fix. I'm stuck.

I am rating the app, not Arby's food. Very buggy app. Sometimes I'll have issues with payment processing. Other times the menu won't display. Other times the app will crash when you try to look in your bag. My Internet is great. My phone is updated. The app is updated. It's an Arby's problem. Similar issues with the Arby's website. Very frustrating.
