Only works on certain locations. I used this app all the time for about 2 years and loved it. Now ive moved to a new state where popeyes is ALL OVER the place. So I ofc thought I could use it more frequently and buy more food and get rewards cause I loved it. Now it doesn't work; my card won't go through( works perfectly fine), the rewards won't go through, the app only works in certain locations and apparently it's none of them in this state. No longer feel like a customer there=(

App stopped working on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache and Data, tried with WiFi on and off but still crashes with no errors. At times it gives that error that the app has stopped working but it is just a quick flash of it. EDIT: Here is a weird thing, I cannot open the app from the app icon on my phone but I can open it from Google Play....huh??????

I'm tired of having to update the app every single time I try to use it. You should not be immediately blocking the previous app version the moment a new one is released. I'm not going to use my mobile data to update the app, and will instead get food somewhere else. Further, this app is the slowest food app I've every used. It is so slow and unresponsive when going through the order process. EDIT: Tried to order tonight, and couldn't even add certain things to the bag due to bugs. Yikes!
