The whole transitioning with the move and internet connection, app use wasn't at all as desirable or pleasing. After 3 days I finally get internet service but unable to connect with the app because it still is showing as if I am not final in setting up. I had spent hours with At&T Customer Service but after hours on end, it becomes a bit frustrating and a sense of time wasted. I honestly can't complain about Customer Service, surprisingly they were friendly, courteous and do as best they could.

Edited after 2 and a half years of use. App is constantly experiencing an error, logging you out and not letting you log back in. Once in, it's clunky and very slow. The ability to monitor what devices are on your WiFi is pointless when every other device is listed as "unknown device." Spent a lot of time identifying and renaming devices in my house only to have that all reset for some unknown reason. Incredibly frustrating app.

The Active Armour slows my internet down so slow that when I download something, it will be up to 800mb/s, then start decreasing to double digit, then to single to nothing. I am paying for the 2G Fiber and if the security is so restraining the it reduces it to basically dial up then whats the point at all. I have been having this issue for months now, and I keep turning it off. But keeps getting turned back on something other than me. Please stop turning it back on. It has become quiet annoying.
