This camera sucks, it won't save a shortcut, can't turn it off in the app, I literally have to unplug it every time. The first few days it was fine but only have had this for 3 weeks and it stopped working properly within the first week. When I can get into the camera it shows fine but I receive no notifications although they are set up, it makes me hit the on button multiple times before it turns on, it's junk and I refuse to pay for monitoring service. I'm definitely getting something else.

My Roku camera worked great until the latest update. I checked my wifi, and it shows excellent and fast. I unplugged my smart TV. But still, the doorbell states low wifi, even set by 10 feet from doorbell. I paid for the subscription, but I see this was a waste of money. The cloud does not work. Roku used to be dependable. I reset the doirbell. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still does not work.

always freezing. always. updated review - absolutely hate this app. Since the update, freezing is worse, now when we view the events it doesn't show that the event was "viewed" by having it marked a darker color. That was helpful. I'm looking into a different home system because we need a working cam security for a dementia family member. do not buy roku.
