WP Super Cache trunk not passing formatting parameter to date()

Line 323 of wp-cache.php has a date() call without parameters. This is causing WP Super Cache trunk to throw the following error after install:

Warning: date() expects at least 1 parameter, 0 given in /home6/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache.php on line 323

To reproduce, install trunk WP Super Cache and visit Settings->WP Super Cache. You should see this error at the top of the page.
