Stats for comments

Jetpack could keep stats for comments. For example:

• total number of comments per user per month or week or day
• which posts have the most comments
• any other comment-related stats we can think of

This could be tracked through existing data in the blog. Each comment has an author already, and they're linked to the posts and datestamped. IP and UA is collected, etc.
