Description
In the subscriptions module, the widget title does not pass the 'widget_title' filter as it is done for WordPress default widgets.

Chouby, can you explain the use case you're trying to accomplish with this? The user is manually setting the title already, and it should be targetable via CSS.
I'm just trying to understand why you feel it's needed. :)
