I Really needed this!

This was One of your Best podcast’s Mel! I am going through triggers and not moving forward because of being scared and not good enough and what will people, family think if I put it all out there and out of my head! I will listen to this over and over and one step at a time.. Thankyou and I will tell you I Love You , I don’t hear that enough and you always tell me! ♥️🌹

Tara Swart episode

I absolutely love listening to Dr Tara - so articulate and insightful. There were some amazing concepts discussed in this episode and real actionable takeaways. I do enjoy Mel but sometimes she didn’t seem to fully listen to Tara or sometimes talked over her. Overall great episode!

We listen for MEL (not her kids)

Mel is freaking amazing and I absolutely LOVED her podcast for months and months. But I had to stop listening recently because she is constantly fawning over her kids, talking about how talented they are, and trying to set them up with their own careers in the music & entertainment/podcasting industry. It’s just annoying. I listened to the show for HER advice because she has the life experience and credibility to back it up. I am utterly uninterested in the nepotism for her kids. Sorry if that sounds harsh. They might even be talented, but let them find their own way. Or at least only harp on them occasionally (not every freaking episode ugh). My friends and I don’t even listen anymore because of that. Unfortunate. But will start listening again if Mel emphasizes her kids careers less. Don’t be the Kardashian momager.
