Chef Ray from New Delhi is passionate about bringing his creative expertise to your finely crafted table. From his humble beginnings feeding his community in Southern California since 1987 to becoming the Executive Chef at 5-star fine dining establishments at various venues around California, he is well experienced in bridging the gap between authentic cuisine and modern cuisine.

At Rasoi, we are a Chef-Driven company, meaning we pride ourselves in delivering food that will not only be tasty, but also visually appealing so your experience starts with all five senses. We are passionate about providing a sensual and delicious experience to all of our clients.

From Live Food stations to elevated Street Foods to unique blends of Indo-Fusion Cuisine, we want to make sure your guests receive a memorable experience.

We have a team of executive chefs and branding specialists that can take your ideas to the next level through innovation and creativity.
