In a nutshell you are going to create a role for the web design provider and give permissions to that role to access your server.

Hi SriniV, WOW! That's A LOT! So, I don't have anyone who can handle and implement security best practice for my org. Would AWS be someone who can do that/set that up for me?
You probably need to look for a managed service provider who can help advise your business on technical projects, just like you would have a lawyer or CPA for legal and financial issues. You can do a lot yourself but if you don't know what to look out for, you are leaving a lot of room for very bad things to happen.
