How to use a Dyson promo code

After adding all items to your cart, click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page. On the following page, you'll see a breakdown of your purchase and total. Under the 'Promo Code' heading, enter your code and click the apply button.

Shipping and return policy

For select zip codes in the United States, Dyson offers free shipping for machines like vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, fans, and more. Apart from your registered zip code, this will also depend on the item's location and availability. If you purchase a machine and accessories, the latter will be shipped separately and should be delivered within 10-15 business days.

Orders that do not contain a machine are subject to an $8.95 shipping cost and a handling charge. As for tracking, this will be available on the email confirmation once the purchase is made.

If a shopper wishes to return and refund a Dyson machine, you will need to initiate the process within 30 days of the delivery date. The first thing to do is fill out the Return Form found on their official website.

Select machines can be returned and refunded within 90 days of the delivery date, and Dyson covers the return shipping cost. These products are:
