Murray Bartlett and Nick Offerman, The Last of Us

Guest stars Offerman and Bartlett took center stage — and broke our hearts — as they chronicled Bill and Frank’s romantic relationship from gruff start to heartbreaking finish. Offerman’s performance as the secretly sensitive Bill was a revelation that proved the comedic actor’s got some serious dramatic chops. And Bartlett’s easy earnestness as Frank made for a loving counterpoint that perfectly complemented Bill’s defensive cynicism. Together, what a dynamic, moving and eminently watchable pair! — Kimberly Roots
Where are the Fellow Travelers on this lost?
That’s a tough decision to make.
Ramon Rodriguez, Will Trent!! He is an amazing actor and week after week, he gives a brilliant performance. So disappointed that he hasn’t been nominated for any awards yet. Counting the days until the new Season starts!!
He’s been nominated for a 2024 Critics Choice Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series. :)

He has been the real standout this season for me. He’s not the only reason I love this show, but he’s definitely the main reason.
100% agree!
There are some fine candidates on this list to be sure –
But no one deserves this honor more than Damson Idris who was outstanding throughout the entire Snowfall series. (We just watched it again from start to finish and the entire cast turned in stellar, Emmy-deserving performances year after year after year – yet never got the recognition they deserved.
Let’s make it right and encourage others to take in this incredible series.
Gutted yall forgot how incredible Rafael Silva wad this year when making this list. :/
Looking forward to the return of Will Trent. So glad to see that it’s somewhat following the books which are great. Hoping the Angie part of his life moves on to the Sara part.
Ramon Rodrigues. I enjoyed his portrayal of Will Trent. Didn’t watch any of the others.
From this list I would pick Alex Borstein for Marvelous Mrs Maisel. Haven’t seen all portrayals on the list though. He’s not on the list, but I do want to mention Freddie Highmore (for The Good Doctor); he’s so underrated and delivers flawless work episode after episode.
Of these my vote would go to Ramon Rodriguez, but you left off Brie Larson for Lessons in Chemistry as a finalist.
Juno Temple`s performance as Dot is so good I wish the show came on more than once a week. I don`t know her from anything else, but this woman is so good.
Phil Dunster, his portrayal of Jamie Tartt is consistently excellent, showing Tartt’s personal growth as both a person and a player. Utterly believable and heart-warming performance across three short seasons.
Sorry, posted in wrong place, my bad!
Ramon Rodriguez is my pick. He brings life to this character. My wife and I can’t wait for its return.
There are some really good nominees on this list, especially Ramon Rodriguez and Dominique Fishback, but Murray Bartlett and Nick Offerman’s performances would qualify for the top 10 best TV performances of all time in my book.
Betty Gilpin! Betty Gilpin! Sadly, probably not enough people saw her on Peacock. But she was TERRIFIC on “Mrs. Davis”!
Sarah Snook and it’s not even close. She made me Team Shiv in the final season showing what lied underneath and all of the vulnerabilities that we hadn’t yet seen. Her performance during the balcony fight with Tom and also Logan’s death episode was pure acting at its finest.
I love Will Trent and the guy who portrays him. He has charisma.
Ramon Or Zahn. They were both absolutely wonderful in their vastly different roles!!
I agree. Both of them brought authenticity to complicated characters.
Zahn McClarnon. And when you see the completely opposite characters he plays in “Dark Winds” and “Reservation Dogs”, broadcast at the same time, you realize the extent of his talent.
My vote goes to Ramon Rodriguez. He was an absolute revelation in the first season of “Will Trent.” What a talented and charismatic actor! What a terrific show, too!
I would have to give it to Neil Patrick Harris as the Celestial Toymaker in the Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Special The Giggle. He both honored what Michael Gough originally brought to the part in the 60’s and totally made the role his own with bombastic energetic charisma.
Bartlett and Offerman. To take us through such a range of emotions and make us care so much about these characters in just one episode of TV is impressive.
I’m partial to Ramon Rodriguez. He made Will Trent believable with layered, emotional performances.
Dominique Fishback, Swarm
Enough said, crown her. She did that!
Ramon Rodriguez in Will Trent offers a everyday real person who is one of us. The struggles of life.
I love Zahn McClarnon but Ramon Rodriguez has my vote👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Ramón Rodríguez FTW
