Premise: Erin (Wagner) joins her dad Doug (Boxleitner) for a Christmas in the family’s former hometown of Aurora on a mission that is part business – selling the family home – and major bucket list item for Erin to see the Aurora Borealis light up the Northern sky. Realtor Lori (Holly) and family friend and local tour guide Trevor (Hutch) create a Christmas inspired at every turn by faith, love, and hope, so much so that Christmas bells hung over decades in a forest grove ring an unbroken song, a harbinger of miracles to come.

Premise: The Dine and Dash Diner has a stack of mounting unpaid bills, forcing its owner, Desi (Bure), to sell her beloved, mint condition, cherry red 1964 Ford F-100, a gift from her deceased father. As Desi visits the vintage truck one last time, she discovers a recorded message from her dad on an old audio cassette. Desi’s dad’s voice sends her and ‘Old Red’ out to retrace her family’s most memorable moments one last time. Just as the journey begins, Desi meets Greyson (Johnson) who offers her a generous payment in exchange for a ride to ‘close the most important deal’ of his life. Little do Desi and Greyson realize the less traveled road will reveal more about each of them than they could have ever known.

When Charlie (Mathison) brings his sister and future brother-in-law to their former hometown of Butler, S.C., expecting to create a magical Christmas Eve wedding at the Inn for Lindsay and Josh, the trio is stunned when Gracie stubbornly declines the job, saying it is not possible to pull off the perfect wedding two weeks before Christmas. Eventually, Gracie relents and agrees to plan the wedding, only to discover there are more hurdles to overcome than expected.

Premise: Up-and-coming singer songwriter Bella Harlan (Alexa PenaVega) comes home for Christmas and enlists her high-school songwriting partner Jack Grayton (Carlos PenaVega) to craft a song to win back her rockstar boyfriend by Christmas. As the two reunite for the first time in a decade, they embark on a Christmas journey down memory lane, and soon realize true love may be closer than they thought. The heart of the movie centers on Jack’s role with The Salvation Army, and Bella soon finds herself inspired by his devotion and passion to a life of doing the most good. Filled with charming original music and its share of twists and turns, Love at the Kettle demonstrates the importance of never losing sight of the ones who matter the most.

Returning to town for Christmas is Brian’s childhood friend Nina Meyers (Courtney Lopez), and soon a connection becomes undeniable as she helps Brian face a new challenge for the town. As Brian’s wishes come true, he inspires the town to showcase its warm culture and values in order to stop the modern world from stifling the charm and heart of Long Grove.

Premise: Chelsea Jones (McKellar) is a dance instructor and studio owner in Chicago who inspires kids to find themselves through dance. Just before Christmas, Chelsea discovers a photo she’s never seen before. Chelsea thinks the young woman is her birth mother who passed away when she was only five years old. The woman is in a wedding dress tugging on the hand of a man wearing a wedding ring, but that is all that can be seen of the man Chelsea believes may be her father. The photo’s handwritten inscription reads, “Our place, Havenshire, December 23, 1984.” With only the internet, a plane ticket, and lifelong determination to go on, Chelsea now has four days in Havenshire to solve the mystery of her birth family. Along the way, she’ll have to sneak into a castle, teach a stubborn Prince how to dance, and be in just the right place on Christmas Eve when the bells toll.

Premise: In A Vintage Christmas, Tessa (Patterson) is a dedicated historian and preservationist in her hometown of Oak Creek, an old-fashioned and passionate protector of the nostalgic. Sparks fly when a business developer, Noah (Russell) arrives in Oak Creek with plans to tear down an abandoned Post Office and replace it with a sleek, modern office complex. There are internal and external struggles among many in the community to arrive at a solution that serves the greater good for all concerned. As the clock ticks toward Christmas, the race to settle the dispute through concessions and compromise is on.
Thanks for putting this helpful list together, Ryan! I am a rom-com junkie, and I’m even warming up to (pun intended) Christmas in July movies. I’m hoping you will add on and maybe include Lifetime , Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and others as they are unveiled. A calendar “bingo” chart would be a treat as well. Nothing on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries this year?

FYI Hallmark Movies and Mysteries has been rebranded to Hallmark Mysteries and Hallmark Drama to Hallmark Family. I hope the moving of Christmas movies from Hallmark Mysteries to Hallmark, listed mostly above as “new to Hallmark” doesn’t mean that Hallmark Mysteries is no longer showing new Christmas movies. They no longer show weekly Christmas movies with Hallmark now showing two a week. It would be surprising if this is true given how popular the movies are.
I just saw a promo on Hallmark Mystery that revealed they are going to have a Christmas movie marathon during the last week of June. Let’s not give up hope that new Christmas movies will be carried on Hallmark Mystery as well as the Hallmark channel.

When the list gets larger it’s difficult to tell what has been added.
Thank you so much I can’t wait! I have checked every day to find a movie to watch but nothing was on. I had to return to Hallmark which I never wanted to do, so thank you we are going to be having movies again. I also love watching the reruns they are also fun to watch. God Bless you all.

Not impressed with the casting on most of these. The overused Lacey Chabert, Candace CB, Danica M. etc. I’ll watch the Three Men and a Boy because I love the cast.
I know most Hallmark movies recycle the same plots but *Rescuing Christmas* really sounds a lot like last year’s *Where are you Christmas* with Lyndsy Fonseca and Michael Rady: She wishes for a year w/o Christmas and it happens and then has to restore it.

Yawn. We’re in the age of FAST (free ad-supported streaming television) such as PlutoTV, Tubi, Fawesome, etc. now & for the foreseeable future. If they can have a 24/7 streaming The Love Boat Channel (or ew, Webster channel!!), they can put this on here and go light on traditional cable TV, which is seeing sunsettting on a few niche channels (Boomerang, MTV2, FXX).
Good to see Lifetime announce a Christmas movie for 2024.
After their drastic curtailment in 2023 I seriously wondered if they might decide to give up on the Christmas movies.
I believe they ahve a few titles from 2023 still in the Bank.

kristoffer polaha is a fantastic actor and can create chemistry where none exists. but pairing him with wooden lacey chabert is going to be impossible for even polaha. sad!
I would like to know why there hasn’t been a new or final Evergreen sequel to complete the marriage and bring that to a close. I really have been anticipating the new show.
