Dick Van Dyke won !!! Yeah
Dick Van Dyke is not a very nice person in real life. But oh well he won an award
I don’t believe you, Dick seems like a very nice person.
Care to elaborate on that Michael?
The only shocking thing I ever heard (from him in interviews) was that he was a high functioning alcoholic for much of his life.
I’ve always been.impressed by how open Mr. Van Dyke has been about his drinking and that he’s been sober since 1972.
Dick van Dyke is a very talented man
at 98. he’s great. he deserve a oscar.
he never stop he’s excerise and very
active man at his age. God bless him
So excited for Kelly and Mark!! So well deserved!! Go Hayley and Mateo!!
always seems strange when one talk show wins but a different host wins. Talk shows are so much about the host that it’s tough to understand how that happens.
Similar to food shows. So Be My Guest with Ina Gartner wins, but Ina Gartner isn’t even nominated. The show much have incredible lighting and sound.
Kelly and Mark are great hosts. They let the guests talk whereas Kelly talks more than her guests.
Kevin Frazier is such an overrated narcissist. If you’re wondering why I have such low esteem for him, find a YouTube video of the Super Bowl press conference preview that was hosted by Katy Perry the year she performed and the entitled crap he put her through at the beginning of that conference. If I was his boss, I would have fired him on the spot for his unprofessionalism.
I know people like Kelly Clarkson, but she talks over her guests all of the time. It’s kind of annoying! She needs to work on her listening skills & focusing the conversation on her guests not herself. But anyway, people like her. Really wish Finola from GH had won, but just thankful Cynthia Watros didn’t win!! Most annoying character!! I miss Michelle Stafford as Nina. But congratulations to GH on the wins! Very deserving!!
Cynthia is a great actress. I was hoping Finola would have won, but would have been happy if Cynthia won.
I would love to have seen Cynthia win. The fact that she can make a polarizing character so intriguing is amazing (I, for one, love Nina in spite of her flaws) and worthy of an acting award. Would have loved to see Finola win too. I’ve loved Anna since the early days. But I also remember Michelle from her early days as Phyllis, back when I watched Y&R, and she was quite the character.
I always find it interesting when an actor and actress when yet the show(s) they are on isn’t the winner. Same for movies.
Because it’s about the individual performance, not the entire production (TV show or movie)
Why are so many of these on the second half of the list, not showing who won?
Because the rest of the awards will be on tomorrow night.
“The rest of the awards will be handed out Saturday, June 8, at the Daytime Creative Arts & Lifestyle Emmy Awards”
It looks like Katherine Kelly Lang will never win.
I don’t know what writing team the GH award was based on but it surely isn’t the current team. I’m watching once or twice a week now. They are ruining favorite characters by completely changing their actions and personalities from where they were a few months ago. The underutilize excellent actors and fan favorites in favor of their pets and have brought on at least two actors we truly did not need. Ratings are down and viewers are very unhappy.
Last year, GH fired the head writers that won the Emmy on Friday. Last month, they fired the replacement head writer, and rehired some of the fired writers. The show is a hot mess.
The View is the most popular talk show! Give me a break.
Only in your mind.
The View is terrible! All they do is denigrate people who don’t share their”views”.
Nasty view from nasty women _ people are always yelling ” Turn that show off” anywhere I go!!
I was so bummed that Cynthia Watros didn’t win, the scenes she submitted were phenomenal, as were Finola’s. People saying they are glad Cynthia didn’t win because they hate character is not nice, it’s her job, which she does well! The dislike for “Nina” has carried to Watros’ personal like and that is a shame and wrong.
Happy Kelly and Mark won and only because I think Mark is a great addition to the Live show. Kelly seems so fake and exaggerated. Mark Consuelos keep up the good work.
