Must have extensive Logistics experience, be highly analytical and speak fluent German.    Asset Manager - for a well-known Asset Manager solely within the Central London Office sector. Must have extensive experience in this with London Central Offices.    Investment Analyst - looking to make the move into Investor Relations for a very successful sector agnostic, value add, pan-European Private Equity Real Estate Investor and Developer.    Marketing Director to take sole ownership of an Investor and Developer that are successfully working within the BTR, PBSA and Hotel sector. Well, never in a million years did I think I'd ever be able to say that last week I came fourth at Ascot at the Property Race Day. What an amazing experience - all the cardio, 4am mornings and assessments were worth it! An enormous thank you to Toby Speke MRICS at Hanning Recruitment for letting me basically have another full time job and going above and beyond to support me. Also to the amazing Gay Kelleway who I literally couldn't have done it without. The successful candidate would have full ownership of 2 sites, one is at the planning stage and the other one is at main contractor stage. Stakeholder management with the private equity firm is key and you would work closely with them and the CEO of the company.
