He joins from CBRE Investment Management, where he was a Senior Director responsible for a c.€4.0bn AUM European Logistics fund. Charlotte Evans (née Dennison) joins EQT Exeter as Vice President, Client Relations and Capital Raising from JLL where she was Director, Equity Advisory, International Capital Markets EMEA. Sabri Marsaoui, formerly of Capital & Regional and Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP has launched his own firm, Blackstar Real Estate Limited to provide asset and development management services across a range of retail assets - he has already secured 2 mandates. Henry Sumner has been appointed CFO at Untold Living. He joined the firm as interim CFO in January. This appointment comes as the business prepares for the next stage of growth. Prior senior designations at Battersea Power Station, Lothbury Investment Management Limited IM, Triple Point and AXA Investment Managers.   Luke Baker (and the property team consisting of Robert Toplis, Simon Usher & Prateek Joshi) have left the Tesco Pension Investment office as the business nears the completion of it’s winding up.   Chris Railston-Brown has joined True North Management Ltd. He joins from Seaforth where he was a Development Director. Matthew Lamb has been appointed as Development Director. Matthew joins from Pocket Living where he was a Senior Development Director. With c.20 years of industry experience behind him, Lamb will be responsible for the delivery of new homes across Dolphin Living’s portfolio.   Richard James has joined Langham Hall as it’s Head of UK. Richard joins from Savills Investment Management where he was Chief Financial Officer.   Alexandra Notay is stepping down from her role as Placemaking and Investment Director at Thriving Investments after 8-years with the group. She will focus on her NED work before settling on her next chapter. Gerald Kaye has stepped down from Helical plc as CEO and Board Member after 30 years with the business. He will be succeeded by Matthew Bonning-Snook as Chief Executive Officer. Drazen Visnjevac joins RoundShield as Director, where he will focus on European student accommodation deals. He leaves Round Hill Capital where he was a Senior Vice President. Anne Kavanagh has joined ULI Europe as Chair, having stepped down from her CEO post at Telford Homes earlier this year. Lord Richard Harrington, former government minister, has been appointed as non-executive chair at developer Regal. Matt Jones has been appointed as Development Director at Tungsten Properties. He joins from Trammell Crow Company where he was a Development Director. Paddy Allen formally head of Operational Capital Markets at Colliers, joins The Dot Group, as Chief Executive of lending business Kinetic Group. Nigel Henry - Co-Founder of Fusion Group Nigel set Fusion Residential up in 2006 with business partner Warren Rosenberg, where they sourced land and built remarkable homes. In 2012, they formed Fusion Students, where you guessed it, they focus on developing and managing UK student accommodation in the UK. They have developed over 5000 PBSA beds, with a pipeline of over 9000 beds underway, and this is where Nigel now devotes most of his time. In addition to his work at Fusion, Nigel advises some younger companies in the property world and is a trustee of several charities.
